It will help Moldova\u2019s economy get closer to the EU over the next ten years and speed up reforms, improving access to the EU single market.\u2028The plan will bring investments for jobs and growth and, most importantly, improve everyday life for people.<\/h2>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fPM0f92Sayc\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>The Reform and Growth <\/br>Facility Regulation<\/h2>\n<h3>Funding under the Growth Plan is channelled through the Reform and Growth Facility, which ensures that payments are directly linked to the successful implementation of reforms outlined in the Reform Agenda. <\/p>\n<p>Under this Facility, payments are conditional on meeting pre-defined steps and deadlines. Pre-conditions, general conditions, and performance conditions must be met for each disbursement. This approach ensures that financial support from the Growth Plan effectively drives the reforms needed for Moldova\u2019s economic convergence with the EU and progress toward EU
