The European Commission has launched a call for proposals for a new Thematic Programme on Human Rights and Democracy for the Republic of Moldova. This initiative aims to promote and protect human rights, democracy, and the rule of law in Moldova, reinforcing the EU&#8217;s commitment to supporting fundamental values.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This new call has 2 distinct lots with specific objectives each:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lot 1 \u2013 To support independent media workers and a free media in the Republic of Moldova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lot 2 &#8211; To promote and protect the rights of&nbsp; members of national minorities in the Republic of Moldova<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The total Programme budget is 2,000,000 EUR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply to this call for proposals organisations must register in PADOR and submit their application in PROSPECT.
