{"id":111621,"date":"2023-10-15T00:27:30","date_gmt":"2023-10-14T21:27:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/?p=111621"},"modified":"2023-10-15T00:36:01","modified_gmt":"2023-10-14T21:36:01","slug":"training-session-on-appraisal-of-the-public-investment-projects-organised-with-the-eu-support","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/en\/training-session-on-appraisal-of-the-public-investment-projects-organised-with-the-eu-support\/","title":{"rendered":"Training session on appraisal of the public investment projects \u2013 organised with the EU support"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The EU-funded \u201c<em>Support the Moldovan Government in Identifying and Preparing Projects Linked to the Implementation of the Association Agreemen<\/em>t\u201d Project team delivered a pilot training course on Project Appraisal to the National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE), Moldelectrica and the Moldova Energy Projects Implementation Unit (MEPIU) during 16-18 May 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the course is to introduce participants to the newly approved national procedure for the design and appraisal of public investment projects as per Government of Moldova Regulation No. 684\/29 September 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course covers the following areas in four modules: Basic concepts for investment, and project design and appraisal, Procedure for the appraisal of public investment projects, Scoring methodology of public investment project proposals and a Case Study with a real-life investment renewable energy project proposal. On the basis of the outcome of the delivery of the course and the feedback from participants, the training course will be adjusted and improved.
