{"id":117641,"date":"2024-03-20T17:49:44","date_gmt":"2024-03-20T15:49:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/?p=117641"},"modified":"2024-03-27T21:08:35","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T19:08:35","slug":"natolin-fellowship-programme-for-young-professionals-from-ukraine-moldova-and-georgia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/en\/natolin-fellowship-programme-for-young-professionals-from-ukraine-moldova-and-georgia\/","title":{"rendered":"Natolin Fellowship Programme \u2013 for young professionals from Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Natolin Fellowship Programme is funded by the EU and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania as part of and in the framework of the project&nbsp;<strong>EU4YOUTH \u2013 Phase III Youth Employment, and Entrepreneurship Programme Scholarship Scheme for Eastern Partners at the College of Europe in Natolin&nbsp;(&#8220;EU4Youth-Natolin4EaP&#8221;, Grant Agreement concluded in 2021).<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Natolin Fellowship Programme is a new 8-month non-degree&nbsp;<strong>professional development programme<\/strong>, which can facilitate the development of professional skills, enhance the employability of young professionals and their personal development, and ultimately expose them to different views and knowledge-sharing, taking whenever possible young people with fewer opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concurrently, it is designed to reinforce the European Union\u2019s efforts to support Ukraine and Moldova who have already started their EU accession negotiations, as well as Georgia who has been granted a candidate status. This Programme embodies a perfect platform for aspiring young professionals to contribute to the progress of their countries by building&nbsp;<strong>human capital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The offer of the Natolin Fellowship Programme comprises:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An 8 month-long non-degree&nbsp;<strong>professional and employability-oriented programme<\/strong>&nbsp;for young people coming from Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia, tailored for individuals with a robust educational and professional interest in European affairs; the Programme will be divided into two phases and supported by dedicated mentors:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>knowledge and skills-based modules in traditional, blended, and e-learning formats;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and an internship\/traineeship, in virtual or blended formats, for a hands-on practical perspective in a dedicated professional environment;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial support for all admitted participants in the form of dedicated scholarships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please, read carefully the full description of the Programme, the objectives and the eligibility requirements.
