The new center will provide a comprehensive view of Chi\u0219in\u0103u\u2019s transportation status by integrating and analyzing data from various sources, including public transport equipment, road cameras, radars, parking sensors, and other relevant systems. It will enhance public transport efficiency and reliability by prioritizing traffic lights and reducing delays, improve traffic safety by detecting violations, and provide drivers with real-time information about traffic conditions, roadworks, and other factors that may affect their journeys. The collected data will be processed by qualified experts using advanced analytical tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBy the end of the \u2018MOVE IT like Lublin\u2019 project, we will have seven trolleybuses equipped with onboard computers and passenger counting devices, 13 smart traffic lights, six traffic sensor cameras, software for vehicle counting and classification, a \u2018Smart City\u2019 platform for integrating the intelligent transport system, and software for micro- and macro-level transport modeling,\u201d stated Vladimir But\u00eerschi, manager of the Traffic Monitoring Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
