The Republic of Moldova has made remarkable strides toward European Union membership, achieving significant progress in just two years. From a neighbouring country without a clear EU accession perspective in February 2022, Moldova has transformed, two years later, into a candidate country actively engaged in accession negotiations with the EU. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This handbook is designed to be an essential tool and guide throughout the negotiation process, which is expected to culminate in the entry into force of Moldova\u2019s EU Accession Treaty. The handbook is primarily intended for decision-makers and public officials directly or indirectly involved in the negotiation process, who may have varying levels of knowledge and experience. It is also aimed at representatives of civil society, journalists, students, researchers, and all citizens with an interest in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
