{"id":132666,"date":"2025-03-13T14:33:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-13T12:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/?p=132666"},"modified":"2025-09-10T14:14:54","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T11:14:54","slug":"employees-from-the-relevant-subdivisions-benefited-from-a-training-on-reach-and-clp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/en\/employees-from-the-relevant-subdivisions-benefited-from-a-training-on-reach-and-clp\/","title":{"rendered":"Employees from the relevant subdivisions benefited from a training on REACH and CLP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>During 11-13 of March, about 20 representatives of the Environment Protection Inspectorate and the Environment Agency participated in an introductory training on REACH and CLP, delivered by Swedish experts Cecilia West\u00f6\u00f6 and Lisa Ekstig from the Swedish Chemicals Agency KEMI, together with representatives of the Ministry of the Environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training aimed to provide participants with a clear and explicit understanding of the alignment of national legislation with the European Union regulations on the Evaluation, Registration, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), as well as the Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Chemicals and Mixtures (CLP), thus facilitating the acquisition of the necessary expertise in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During these days, the experts focused on describing the requirements for sustainable management of chemicals (such as the basic elements of the regulations, alignment, implementation, responsibilities, measures for the correct application of the legislation, sanctions, etc.), including presentations, case studies and interactive discussions.
