{"id":137946,"date":"2025-10-07T13:28:43","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T10:28:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/?p=137946"},"modified":"2025-10-07T16:13:30","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T13:13:30","slug":"open-call-junior-non-key-expert-on-communication","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/en\/open-call-junior-non-key-expert-on-communication\/","title":{"rendered":"Open Call: Junior Non-Key Expert on Communication"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The EU-funded project \u2018Moldova is Europe \u2013 Support for EU Integration\u2019 seeks a qualified individual for the position of Junior Non-Key Expert on Communication (part-time).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall objective of the project is to support the Moldovan authorities in building accountable and resilient governance systems for European integration by developing the internal capacity of the administration to deliver on reforms, strengthening strategic planning, policy-making at sectoral level, and policy management capacities, enhancing stakeholders\u2019 knowledge and awareness of EU policies, legislation and regulations and their capacity for alignment and implementation of the EU body of law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope of the assignment is to facilitate the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of communication-related activities of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Junior Non Key Expert will, under the guidance of KE4, contribute to the initial planning, conceptualization, formal approval of, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of communication-related activities which include, but are not limited to: production of promotional\/visibility materials; organization of events (press conferences, press clubs, trainings, workshops, public consultations, conferences etc.), including high-level and large-scale events; update and maintenance of project web site and social media account; drafting communication materials (press releases, media kits, talking points, leaflets etc.), including reviewing, editing and translation from\/into Romanian\/English; update and maintenance of internal platform for EU-funded projects (\u2018EU DigiTool\u2019); receipt, checking and archiving of information related to events and communication materials for audit purposes, other communication-related tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University degree in Communication, Journalism, Language studies, Political sciences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organisational and time management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in Romanian and English; knowledge of other languages spoken in the Republic of Moldova is an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent writing skills, with ability to target different audiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General professional experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 3 years of relevant general professional experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specific professional experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Familiarity with the EU &#8211; \u00a0Republic of Moldova relations and the country\u2019s political and socio-economic context<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in working in\/with Government institutions, international partners and\/or civil society<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in content management systems (specifically WordPress) is a very strong asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience with EU DigiTool is a very strong asset<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Place of work:<\/strong> Chisin\u0103u, Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration of the Contract:<\/strong> 60 working days over approximately 6 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit your application comprising a Cover Letter and CV to <a href=\"mailto:eu.integration.project@eu4moldova.eu\">eu.integration.project@eu4moldova.eu<\/a> by 17 October 2025.
