The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility Project is pleased to announce the first Call for Applications for its 2026 EU-funded Fellowship programme! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Call for Civil Society Fellows is open to all citizens of the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) regardless of their current location.\u00a0The submission of Concept Notes must be made online by 30th<\/sup>\u00a0December 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications can be made\u00a0online\u00a0<\/a>following the guidelines for priorities and eligibility,\u00a0with extra evaluation points available to all applicants meeting the criteria of the \u2018Call\u2019s\u2019 special theme: \u2018Civil Society Resilience\u2019.\u00a0You can find out more information by reading the\u00a02026 Fellowship Application Guidelines<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can only make one application per Call, but if you\u2019re not successful on one Call, you can always make a new application on future Calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Future Calls\u2019 will be opened in Spring 2026, Winter 2026, and finally Spring 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Fellow, you will get: <\/strong>
– Funding of around \u20ac5,000 to put your idea into action
– Mentoring and training to help you grow your skills
– Opportunities to join international events and advanced learning courses
– A regional network of peers (over 230 Fellows) you can learn from and collaborate with<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What kind of ideas can you propose?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projects related to:
– A resilient, sustainable and integrated economy
– Accountability, rule of law and security
– Environment and climate resilience
– Inclusive and resilient digitalisation
– Participatory decision-making and social justice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special theme for this call – Civil Society Resilience: projects that strengthen the resilience of civil society – through stronger governance, digital capacities, activism, inclusion, and peer networks – will receive additional evaluation points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two Fellowship tracks are available:<\/strong>
Civic Digital Fellowship: digital tools, open data, data quality, e-services, etc.
Community Engagement Fellowship: policy work, local evidence, capacity-building, monitoring public services, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a 2-stage application process, so if you are shortlisted, you\u2019ll be invited to send a Full Application. Fellowship projects are expected to start around April 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
