A series of training sessions on the functionality and use of the e-Monitoring IT System for civil servants from the ministries of the Republic of Moldova started on 16 January, with the support of the EU-funded project \u2018Moldova is Europe \u2013 Support for EU Integration.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conducted over six days in January 2026, the sessions focus on planning, monitoring, and reporting of harmonised normative acts, contributing to the alignment of national legislation with EU standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trainings aim to prepare relevant ministerial staff to use the \u201ce-Monitoring\u201d Information System, scheduled to become operational in January 2026. The system will enhance inter-institutional cooperation, improve transparency, and provide accurate, up-to-date information on government planning documents. It is interoperable with other national information systems and EUR-Lex, supporting the legal approximation process with the EU acquis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 35 participants are expected to attend each training session, strengthening their capacity to manage public policy and planning documents and to systematically monitor and report on commitments arising from Moldova\u2019s EU candidate country status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trainings are delivered by the representatives of the IT company\u00a0that developed the \u201ce-Monitoring\u201d Information System,\u00a0contracted under the EU funded project \u2018Support for Structured Policy Dialogue, Coordination of the Implementation of the Association Agreement, and Enhancement of the Legal Approximation Process.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
