Through easy-to-follow modules and video tutorials, participants gain the confidence and practical knowledge needed to respond effectively when emergencies occur.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/impact-plus.net\/courses-and-tests\/online-course-in-disaster-preparedness\/\">Online course in disaster preparedness<\/a> focuses on preparing for potential disasters, and outlines the actions to take when emergencies arise. Participants learn how to assess risks, organise resources, and implement effective strategies to protect lives and property during natural and man-made disasters.<\/p>\n<p>Course videos are available on YouTube with selectable subtitles, and additional learning materials are provided within the platform. At the end of each course, participants can test their knowledge through an online assessment.<\/p>\n<p>The platform will remain freely accessible beyond the project\u2019s duration. It is available to local public authorities, schools, universities, NGOs, and civil protection structures across all partner countries. The training modules and assessments will also be integrated into regular educational and community preparedness activities implemented by local Red Cross branches.<\/p>\n<p>The IMPACT+ project, part of Interreg VI-B NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme, aims to enhance the resilience of small communities in the Black Sea Basin region to emergency situations, whether caused by natural disasters or human-made crises.
