{"id":152201,"date":"2026-06-19T10:09:22","date_gmt":"2026-06-19T07:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/?p=152201"},"modified":"2026-06-22T10:12:59","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T07:12:59","slug":"eu4culture-ii-open-call-for-proposals-for-the-establishment-of-living-labs-in-the-republic-of-moldova","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/en\/eu4culture-ii-open-call-for-proposals-for-the-establishment-of-living-labs-in-the-republic-of-moldova\/","title":{"rendered":"EU4Culture II: Open Call for Proposals for the Establishment of Living Labs in the Republic of Moldova"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Goethe-Institut within EU-funded <strong>EU4Culture II programme<\/strong> invites Cultural and Creative Organisations from the Republic of Moldova for participation in the <strong>Stage I of<\/strong> <strong>Open Call for Proposals<\/strong> for Establishment of Creative Platforms &#8211; <strong>Living Labs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected applicants will receive support of up to EUR 9,500&nbsp;to establish Living Labs in<strong> Cahul<\/strong> and <strong>Ungheni<\/strong> regions and <strong>to co-create local creative ecosystem development Roadmaps. <\/strong>Upon successful completion of Stage I, the grantees will be invited to a restricted call (Stage II \u2013 funding up to EUR 60,000) to implement, evaluate and refine the roadmap solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage I<\/strong> supports the establishment of two Living Labs in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cahul <\/strong>(outreach to Gagauzia)<strong> (1 Living Lab)<\/strong><br>Sectoral Focus: performing arts, visual arts, applied arts (crafts), design, digital and new media<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ungheni <\/strong>(outreach to B\u0103l\u021bi)<strong> <\/strong><strong>(1 Living Lab)<\/strong><br>Sectoral Focus: performing arts, visual arts, applied arts (crafts), design, digital and new media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected applicants of <strong>Stage I<\/strong> will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bring together relevant local stakeholders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apply participatory and co-creation approaches;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyse local ecosystem needs and opportunities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jointly develop a local creative ecosystem development roadmap.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected applicants of <strong>Stage I<\/strong> will receive:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>financial support of up to EUR 9,500;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mentoring and capacity development support;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>international\u00a0networking opportunities.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Submitted proposals under this call must directly contribute to strengthening the creative ecosystem in <strong>Cahul and Ungheni regions<\/strong> and should primarily focus on the <strong>performing arts, visual arts, applied arts (crafts), design, digital and new media.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications must be&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;<strong>in English<\/strong> through the <strong>Goethe Application Portal<\/strong> <strong>no later than 20 July&nbsp;2026, 23:59 CEST<\/strong>.
