{"id":39362,"date":"2020-07-27T06:52:42","date_gmt":"2020-07-27T06:52:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/?p=39362"},"modified":"2022-02-01T01:36:10","modified_gmt":"2022-01-31T23:36:10","slug":"eu4energy-shares-tips-on-building-energy-efficient-home","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/en\/eu4energy-shares-tips-on-building-energy-efficient-home\/","title":{"rendered":"EU4Energy shares tips on building energy-efficient home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connectivity, energy efficiency, environment and climate change<\/li>\n<li>Transport<\/li>\n<li>Energy &amp; energy efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Environment &amp; climate change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>The \u2018EU4Energy Governance\u2019 project is running a campaign to increase knowledge and understanding of the project\u2019s work, and raise awareness about the benefits of energy reforms in the six Eastern partner countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>As part of this campaign, the project uses the hashtag <strong>#EnergyReforms4Citizens<\/strong> on social media to share easy tips that people can follow to save energy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Here are five top tips for building an energy-efficient and money-saving home:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><strong>Tip 1: Be clever in your design from the start<\/strong><br \/>\nSite location, building shape and orientation are a just a few of the things you need to consider carefully from the outset.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><strong>Tip 2: <\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Seal the building envelope<\/strong><br \/>\nAir sealing is the most cost-effective way to reduce the need for heating and cooling.
