{"id":44992,"date":"2021-05-09T20:25:16","date_gmt":"2021-05-09T20:25:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/?p=44992"},"modified":"2022-02-01T01:55:01","modified_gmt":"2022-01-31T23:55:01","slug":"topcop-project-sets-law-enforcement-training-priorities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/en\/topcop-project-sets-law-enforcement-training-priorities\/","title":{"rendered":"TOPCOP project sets law enforcement training priorities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthening Institutions &amp; good governance<\/li>\n<li>Security, cross-border cooperation &amp; border management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The EU-funded TOPCOP project (Training and Operational Partnership against Organised Crime), coordinated by the EU Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) and supported by the EU Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol), has held its first Strategic Cooperation Forum.<\/p>\n<p>This high-level event paves the way for a long-standing partnership between senior law enforcement decision-makers of Eastern partner countries and CEPOL, in close coordination with EUROPOL, in fighting serious and international organised crime.<\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span lang=\"EN-US\" lang=\"EN-US\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span>The <\/span><\/span><span><span>participants agreed on a set of a high-level law enforcement and cooperation priorities<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" lang=\"EN-US\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span>, which will<\/span><\/span><span><span> be integrated into a training portfolio for capacity building of the law enforcement in the Eastern partner countries.
