The city received a \u20ac4 million EIB loan to upgrade its trolleybus fleet as part of the \u2018Ukraine Urban Public Transport Project\u2019 (UUPTP).<\/p>\n<p>The low floors and access ramps will make city travel accessible for the elderly, people with disabilities, and passengers with prams.
