The event was organized in a mixed format, within the project &#8220;EU4Youth &#8211; Unlocking the potential of young social entrepreneurs in Moldova and Ukraine.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event gathered on Zoom about 130 participants from the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Canada, United States of America, Turkey and Nepal. In addition, the conference was broadcasted live for 7 hours on Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the conference, experts and participants discussed the development of social entrepreneurship in both countries, its impact and roles in solving social problems and contributing to social inclusion. Moreover, legal issues and best practices for supporting the social business developed by both government and non-governmental sectors in the two countries were presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the key goals were achieved &#8211; social entrepreneurs, experts and government officials shared best practices in the field of social entrepreneurship and provided an overview of possible ways to develop social entrepreneurship in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EUnlocking project contributes to stimulating the social entrepreneurship potential of young people in Moldova and Ukraine by creating a favourable ecosystem for social enterprises, as well as by inspiring and assisting more young social entrepreneurs in developing and supporting their innovative solutions for promoting social inclusion and sustainable environment in both countries. The project is funded by the European Union through the EU4Youth programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is implemented by Gustav-Stresemann E.V Institute (GSI) (Germany), AXA Management Consulting (Moldova), Eco-RAZENI Association (Moldova), Egalite International (Ukraine), Contact Center (Moldova) and NGO ProNGO! e.v.
