The announcement was made by Alberto Carlei, the Head of the European Investment Bank representation for the Republic of Moldova, during his first meeting with local journalists hosted by Europe Caf\u00e9. The EU Bank, part of Team Europe, brings a contribution to the efforts of improving the life of Moldovan citizens.
