At the same time, since July, two new courses have been added: Emotional Intelligence in Communication and Video Story Telling. The programme is at its third edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trained and guided teachers and are ready to transfer the acquired knowledge to their students. Thus, pupils will also learn programming languages, graphic design and other subjects necessary for the professions of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the two previous editions, 88 teachers from the south of the country developed their digital skills during the courses. Among them is Alla Nebunu, computer science teacher at the &#8220;D. Cantemir&#8221; Theoretical Lyceum from Cahul, who during the 2021-2022 school year followed the &#8220;Programming Algorithms in C\/C++&#8221; and &#8220;Web Programming and Development&#8221; courses. As a result, she managed to create a web page for the high school where she works, but also to motivate her students to develop their digital skills, which will be useful in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"676\" src=\"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image125-1024x676.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-95944\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image125-1024x676.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image125-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image125-768x507.jpg 768w, https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image125.jpg 1149w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;&#8220;The organisation of the courses was at a high level. The mentors Natalia Ple\u0219ca-Dragancea and Ernest B\u00eetca are professionals in their field, they taught the courses skillfully, explained, answered questions, being always ready to assist. In the 2021-2022 school year I started teaching two high school courses: C\/C++ Programming Algorithms and Web Programming and Development. Students have shown interest in these courses as this is relevant to the current generation. It would be impactful if modules related to information technology were included in the compulsory curriculum&#8221;<\/em>, stated <strong>Alla Nebunu, teacher at &#8220;Dmitrie Cantemir&#8221; Theoretical High School from Cahul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The courses are offered within the &#8220;Tekwill in Every School&#8221; programme, which, in the southern region of Moldova, is developed with the support of &#8220;EU4Moldova: Startup City Cahul&#8221;, a project implemented in the period 2020 &#8211; 2024 by ATIC, with the financial assistance of the European Union in partnership with Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;EU4Moldova: Startup City Cahul&#8221; develops several initiatives in the southern region of the country, which aim to increase the digital skills of teachers, improve the study process and teaching methods, and prepare future specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"931\" height=\"671\" src=\"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image126.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-95947\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image126.jpg 931w, https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image126-300x216.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image126-768x554.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 931px) 100vw, 931px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to keep up with the new trends in IT, 80 teachers from the Cahul region have participated in training courses since June 23, during which they learned programming languages, graphic design and gained new knowledge about artificial intelligence, creating mobile applications, and entrepreneurship.
