The project aim is to deliver Technical Assistance to EU Grant Beneficiaries and to future potential beneficiaries of the Civil Society Facility to implement EU funded projects.

- To deliver Technical Assistance to EU Grant Beneficiaries and to future potential beneficiaries of the Civil Society Facility to implement EU funded projects.
- To provide support to CSO beneficiaries of EU grants in enhancing their internal governance and sustainability.
- To provide direct capacity development activities targeting the areas aiming at enhancing the roles of Moldovan CSOs in the implementation process of the Association Agreement between the EU and Moldova.
- To provide support to the EU Delegation to Moldova in improving its outreach to civil society, gaining a better understanding of the local civil society landscape and increasingly shift from financing to supporting civil society.
- To provide support to the EU Delegation to Moldova in monitoring and increasing the visibility of its actions in supporting civil society in Moldova.

- Enhanced knowledge and skills for CSOs in EU project implementation and policy monitoring so they are able to engage effectively in the Association Agreement process.
- Strengthening of CSO governance structures, financial management systems and sustainability so that their transparency and downward accountability is improved.
- Coordination, networking and consortium building capacities among CSOs are strengthened among urban and rural CSOs as well as between CSO consultative bodies for the Association Agreement.
- Improvement of CSOs knowledge on targeted areas by the CSO grant scheme (good governance, economic and social development, social cohesion through provision of social services) and cross cutting-issues - mainly gender mainstreaming.
- The EU Delegation in Moldova is better informed of changes in the civil society landscape in the country.
