EU4 INDEPENDENT MEDIA

Mass-media independente în țările Parteneriatului Estic se confruntă cu practici de concurență neloială care afectează veniturile lor, cu interferență politică și lipsă generală de abilități de management. Pentru a contribui la democratizarea și abilitarea cetățenilor din Parteneriatul Estic, proiectul își propune să sporească jurnalismul de calitate oferit de mass-media independente din Armenia, Azerbaidjan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova și Ucraina. EU4IM încurajează jurnalismul de interes public bazat pe fapte și egalitate de gen, exercitându-și rolul de „câine de pază”. El contribuie la creșterea rezistenței mass-media prin consolidarea sustenabilității sale financiare. Abordarea noastră este că, dacă jurnaliștii din mass-media independente au capacitatea de a produce conținut captivant și de înaltă calitate, atunci ei vor fi mai competitivi pe piața media, ceea ce contribui la un consum mai mare de informații fiabile și, prin extensie, la o mai mare reziliență a societății și responsabilitate guvernamentală. Activitățile programului includ traininguri online și față în față, mentorat la locul de muncă și individual pentru a îmbunătăți conținutul editorial sau a îmbunătăți abilitățile de management și marketing, precum și pentru a dezvolta noi fluxuri de venituri, o înțelegere sporită a audienței și pentru a sprijini investiții în tehnologia necesară. În plus, producția de materiale jurnalistice și sprijin de urgență, rețele peer-to-peer sunt, de asemenea, oferite împreună cu acces la cercetări și rapoarte privind dezvoltarea mass-media relevante pentru părțile interesate din regiune.

Rezultatul 2: Procese editoriale mai profesioniste ale instituțiilor media vizate, inclusiv politici îmbunătățite de verificare a faptelor și știri bună calitate produse de jurnaliști.
Rezultatul 3: Îmbunătățirea egalității de gen în sectorul mass-media și reflectare sensibilă la dimensiunea de gen.
