As of June 2021, more than 250 Administrative Service Centres (ASCs) in Ukraine have connected to the new information system, with more than 200,000 applications for services in ASCs already processed in the system.

Vulyk, which automates the work of ASCs and makes service provision faster and more efficient, was developed and implemented as a part of the EGO4UKRAINE project within the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, funded by the EU and its member states (Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Estonia and Slovenia).

Vulyk is administered remotely, which allows ASCs to get support quickly and without hiring local IT specialists.

In addition to its basic e-functions, Vulyk has unique features, such as integration with the Trembita data exchange system and a few others. For example, ASCs connected to Vulyk can interact with the Diia mobile application. If a person has this application, no paper copies of their ID or taxpayer number are needed to receive services. With Vulyk, the applicant can pay for the administrative service online via QR-code or e-mail.

The project invites ASC’s in Ukraine to register to Vulyk and use it for free.
