SALTO: coaching for educators in Italy open to Moldova and Ukraine
‘Genesis’, a Youth NGO based in Italy, invites youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth project managers, volunteering mentors and youth coaches from Moldova and Ukraine to take part in a training course ‘Grow: Coaching for Educators’.
The course will take place in Italy from 22 to 29 March.
‘Grow: Coaching for Educators’ is an international training course where youth workers will be introduced to essential tools for personal development, grounded in self-awareness and cognitive growth. Through a mix of reflective exercises, coaching techniques, and empathic communication practices, participants will deepen their understanding of their own strengths and thought patterns.
The selected participants will be offered a discounted price of €50 to join the course. Travel costs will be reimbursed for the most affordable and direct way to get to the project.
The deadline for applications is 15 February.
