Тренинги для Государственной канцелярии в рамках проекта ЕС «Поддержка реформы государственного управления в Республике Молдова»

In November 2019, the EU Project ”Support to the Public Administration Reform process in the Republic of Moldova” (PAR project) organized several training sessions for the civil servants from the State Chancellery, in accordance with the Training Needs Assessment performed by the project and the 2019 State Chancellery Training Program.





On November 7-8, a two-day training session on how to organize and conduct effective meetings was delivered by Ciprian Ciucu, a trainer from Romania, to 25 State Chancellery employees. The trainees were mostly civil servants dealing with different types of meetings to be organized on a daily basis, the quality of which has a direct impact on the performance of the State Chancellery.  During the training, they learned in an interactive way how to set objectives for the meetings and use proper moderation techniques, how to plan the meetings according to the participants’ needs while ensuring the proper meeting environment and information materials and how to organize effective meetings with clear outcomes to be pursued from one meeting to another. 

On November 20, the PAR project organized, in cooperation with the Motivation Project, a training of trainers on how to deliver presentations to large audiences for 23 State Chancellery employees. The training was delivered by two trainers – Ciprian Ciucu (PAR project) and Klemen Belhar (Motivation Project). The training was designed to develop the skills of the future trainers to deliver presentations for audiences larger than 50 participants. Also, the participants learned how to design good presentations, control emotions, and storytelling techniques. 

On 22 November, a training session on communication skills in public administration was organized for 29 civil servants from the line departments of the State Chancellery. The main objectives of the training were to develop the understanding of the participants of how to use different styles of communication according to the communication contexts; to practice several communication technics and deliver short presentations; to plan and organize the external communication of public institutions.
