The European Union Delegation to the Republic of Moldova organized on September 27, 2019, a public event entitled “Energy for the future – young people act for the climate”, organized in Chisinau on the occasion of the European Week of Sustainable Energy and European Diplomacy Week – focus climate.

The Chisinau Metropolitan Cathedral square hosted an exhibition of European technical assistance projects in the field of energy efficiency and climate action, thematic discussions and presentations with the participation of European programs and local environmental associations, as well as several activities for one day. young people and children.

The event was attended by Mr. Peter Michalko, Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Vadim Brânzan, the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova and representatives of the European projects of technical assistance, environmental activists.

And in the evening the event continued with a concert supported by bands of young performers and the Republic of Moldova.
