Sănătăuca: Street lighting on the main road and the bridge over the Dniester

In Sănătăuca, European Union support was directed towards modernising lighting on the main street and on the bridge over the Dniester. These are two important areas for daily travel: residents pass through the village centre on their way to institutions and services, while the bridge provides a connection with the town of Camenca on the left bank. The EU investment in this project amounts to €52,000.

Implemented between May 2025 and March 2026, the project helps people move around more easily and feel safer after dark. For pedestrians and drivers, the change means better travel conditions in places they use every day. The EU investment responds to a concrete community need: lighting spaces that connect people with services and neighbouring communities.
