Expertise France is seeking an expert to support state-owned enterprise governance reform in the Republic of Moldova
CopThe French agency Expertise France has launched a call for applications to select an expert in state-owned enterprise governance, as part of a European Union-funded project aimed at improving the Republic of Moldova’s access to the EU Single Market and reforming state-owned enterprises.
The assignment involves 105 working days of expertise, to be delivered by 31 December 2027, with activities carried out in Chișinău and remotely. The expert will contribute to developing procedures for the selection and evaluation of board members, a corporate governance code, and tools for managing state-owned assets.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in law, economics, management or public administration, have at least 10 years of experience in corporate governance, including a minimum of five years working with state-owned enterprises, and possess in-depth knowledge of relevant OECD principles.
The deadline for applications is 30 October 2026, at 13:00.
