Interns Engage in Dialogue with Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian

About 100 interns from the two parallel internship programmes – one supported by the European Union and the other by the national budget, held a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian yesterday, 9 July, at the Government House.

The event provided a platform for open dialogue on the reintegration topics.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian outlined the main aspects of the Transnistrian settlement process and current reintegration policies, highlighting their relevance for Moldova’s EU integration path, and emphasizing the vital role of young people in advancing these national priorities.

The interns, assigned within the Presidential Administration, Parliament Secretariat, State Chancellery, ministries, and other public institutions, actively engaged in the discussion, asking questions about reintegration strategies, negotiation formats,  regional dynamics and contributing to an interactive exchange of ideas on the topic.

Yesterday’s meeting marked the second event of the Internship Programmes’ broader capacity-building efforts, aimed at deepening young people’s understanding of Moldova’s strategic goals in the context of its EU integration process, while encouraging their active involvement in public service and policy development.
