Join the Euro-clubs and European Information Centres network – Become part of the largest community of young European Union promoters from the Republic of Moldova

Are you young, eager to learn, to get involved, and to build the future of your country? Do you want to promote European Union values and learn how to actively contribute to the European integration of Moldova? Now it’s the time to become an Euro-club member and to join the EU Information Centres!

Euro-clubs and European Information Centres (EUIC) represent an extensive network of information multipliers in regard to the contribution of the European Union to the development of the Republic of Moldova, the improvement of the citizens’ life quality, the tangible results of the continuous support offered by the EU and the opportunities available to community members in areas where they are active. Euro Clubs and Information Centres of the European Union contribute to the collection and dissemination of knowledge on European topics: policies, institutions, community programs, neighborhood relations, etc.

What do we offer you as a network member? 

1. Participation in EU Accelerator 2.0 – an innovative youth program that will help you develop your leadership skills and promote European integration:

  • Trainings on topics such as effective communication, leadership, civic engagement and promotion of the EU values;
  • Public debates about the economic benefits of EU membership, the involvement of the youth in the European decision-making process, and in regard to the EU policies;
  • Youth-led local communication campaigns that will inform communities and collect survey-based feedback in regard to the perceptions of the EU;
  • EU Communicators School: an advanced media training program for the most active participants, which includes content creation (articles, videos, online campaigns) and social media strategies.

2. Active participation in interactive activities and networking events for members.

  • EU Model: A practical experience simulating the decision-making processes of the European Union, implemented in partnership with the EU4Youth program and the Young European Ambassadors.
  • Youth Caravan 2025: A mobile initiative that brings EU-related activities and information directly to young people from all around the country, done in collaboration with CNTM (The National Youth Council of Moldova).
  • Moldova Youth Forum 2025: The Moldova Youth Forum 2025 represents a reference platform for young leaders from across the country, one that is promoting dialogue, innovation and active participation in the country’s decision-making processes. The event will consist of panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, all of them designed to empower the youth and amplify their voice in regard to the decision-making process.

3. Access to opportunities and belonging to a vibrant youth community. 

  • Young European Ambassadors: This is a non-political, voluntary, vibrant communication network connecting and building bridges of friendship among young people from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and the EU Member States and the United Kingdom. 
  • A Cup of Europe: Provides inspirational events that are organised at the Europe Café together with diplomats, opinion leaders and influencers discussing EU-related topics, that are encouraging direct interaction between young people and experts.
  • Access to information regarding scholarships, trainings, study visits to Europe and other personal and professional development opportunities.

How can you apply?

  • Identify the EU Information Center or Euro Club that you are interested in. These are hosted by libraries, high schools, and universities across the country. Check the interactive map to find the nearest location;
  • Create a motivational video in which you present us the reasons why you want to join and how you can contribute to promoting the European values;
  • Complete the application form, selecting the centre or club you wish to join.

Why should you sign up?

By joining the network of EU Information Centres and Euro Clubs, you become part of an active community of like-minded young people, you get access to educational, social and cultural activities that develop your skills, among which – leadership, communication and critical thinking. By getting involved, you can contribute to fostering European unity and to raising awareness in regard to the EU policies and projects in the Republic of Moldova, thus positively influencing your community.

At the moment, in the Republic of Moldova there are 15 EU Information Centres and 17 Euro Clubs. The purpose of these institutions is to inform people about the assistance offered by the European Union and the contribution of its member states to the well-being of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova; as well as to get involved in information and awareness activities.
