Opportunities for young people: internships in state institutions, thanks to the pilot programme launched by the European Union in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Moldova
Students in the 3rd and 4th year of the undergraduate cycle, master students, as well as recent graduates can pursue internships in the central public institutions of the Republic of Moldova, for a period of two months. The EU High Level Advisers will guide beneficiaries of the internship programme in their day-to-day work. The internship programme for young people in public institutions – a joint initiative of the European Union and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, was launched on May 5, 2022, at the State University of Moldova.
The programme offers young people the opportunity to gain an inside picture of the activities and responsibilities of public administration and to work for two months with civil servants in areas such as: economy, education, environment, European integration, reintegration policies, infrastructure and regional development etc. In order to find out from the first source how civil servants from the Republic of Moldova, but also from the member states of the European Union started their career in the public service, the students were invited, between May 5 and 12, to interactive information sessions that took place in universities in Chisinau, Cahul and Balti:

The internship will take place between June and August 2022, and the allowances offered to trainees are fully funded by the European Union.
