Euro Clubs members visited Europe Café

The project team and Europe Café hosted several visits conducted by the members of the EuroClubs. Due to the fact that the European Union’s network of Euro Clubs and Information Centers was expanded in the last months, StratCom team decided to give priority to visiting Europe Café to the two newly founded Euro-clubs: the EuroClub from “Spiru Haret” high school in Chisinau (September 15) and members of the EuroClub from “Ion Creanga” high school in Falesti (September 17). The pupils accompanied by their coordinators visited Europe Café to find out more about its purpose, activities and way of cooperation. Also, the visitors had a very useful information session provided by Young European Ambassadors on opportunities offered by the EU that children can access and how they can promote European values in their communities.

Another two visits to Europe Café have been conducted by: ASEM EuroClub (September 23rd) and “Constantin Spătaru” High School from Leova EuroClub (September 27th), the members of both EuroClubs enjoyed to exchange information, opinions and impressions and presented their activity plans aiming to promote cooperation between the EU and the Republic of Moldova. The last EuroClub that came to Europe Café in the last month of the year was the one from the “Vasile Alecsandri” high school from Ungheni. After having discussions with StratCom team, they suggested new ways and activities to engage young people and increase their interest towards EU and EU assistance projects.
