With the support of the European Union, young people from Edinet have developed their leadership skills
In the digital age, however, leadership is recognized as one of the key ingredients in the development of personal and organizational entrepreneurial performances.
Trainers Silvia Dulgheru and Madalina Rangasu at the fourth training that took place on May 17, 2019 in Edineţ Industrial Park within the project “Edinet – Pole of economic growth in the North region of the Republic of Moldova” has shown that leadership skills can be developed through education and practice leaving behind the limited vision of the leader defined exclusively by his qualities.
The 24 entrepreneurs and young leaders have gained paths and techniques to learn how to become successful leaders, how to inspire people, build a working team in their business through co-operation and responsibility. Participants received a set of key knowledge for the practical applicability of the leader, time management, image and impact, business development and master of excellence.
Participants were impressed by organized training, saying their views:
Ecaterina: “Training has provided me with high-performance working tools that I can use to build relationships with subordinates.”
Corneliu: “The tools offered are just as practical and intelligent as they are easy to learn and understand.”
Anastasia: “Training gave me an answer to all the situations I face in my business.”
The next training course for young people develops 3D printing skills.
