21 LAGs signed financing contracts during an online event

The implementation phase of the EU — LEADER Rural Development Fund, 2020 edition, was launched during an online event, where 21 Local Action Groups (LAG) and the representatives of the financing & implementation organisations participated. During this events, the LAGs have signed the contracts that will help them finance the implementation of the local projects. Thus, in June and July of 2020, the LAGs carry out open calls in their micro-regions to support ideas that will contribute to the realisation of their Strategies of Local Development.

During the event, the LAGs have received more information regarding the experience acquired in the process of implementation of the LEADER approach, cooperation principles within the Fund, the calendar of the activities implementation and other important subjects for the successful implementation of the local projects.
