EU Drug Monitoring Agency: traineeship at EU4Monitoring Drugs II project

The EU Drug Monitoring Agency (EUDA) has published a new funded traineeship opportunity open only to nationals of non-EU countries, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Ukraine, as part of the EU-funded EU4Monitoring Drugs II (EU4MDII) project.

The traineeship will last 11 months. The place of employment will be Lisbon, Portugal, where the EUDA has its seat.

The trainee will contribute to preparing outputs for the foresight work on the drug situation in the Middle East and North Africa region by 2050; support the preparation of the darknet drugs dashboard for European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) countries; contribute to the EU4MDII project communication activities; support the organisation of meetings and workshops involving participants from the ENP region, etc.

Trainees in paid traineeships receive a grant of around €1,421.

A successful candidate must fulfil all obligations under current legislation relating to military service, be physically fit to carry out the duties of the post, have completed the first cycle of study at a higher education institution (university degree) and hold a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications, and possess a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.

The deadline for applications is 25 August.
