Eastern Partnership Academy for Public Administration at Local and Regional Level

A new, free online learning programme for local and regional civil servants in the Eastern Partnership countries providing direct access to EU institutions, expert knowledge and best practices from EU cities and regions – in your own language.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

1. The EU institutions and bodies, with an emphasis on the European Committee of the Regions
2. Subsidiarity, proportionality and multilevel governance in the EU and EaP countries
3. Accessing and managing EU-funded projects
4. Transparency and good communication with citizens
5. Transparent and efficient public procurement at local and regional level
6. Digital transformation, e-government and innovation in local public administration

HOW IT WORKS

• 6 online sessions over one semester, including questions and answers, each lasting 1,5 hours
• A resource library with recordings and materials
• An online community to exchange with peers between sessions

• For: civil servants in local and regional public administrations of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
• Language: English with live interpretation into your national language.
• Certificate: from the European Committee of the Regions.
