Multi Country Roma Survey in Moldova Ukraine and Georgia - generating, analyzing and disseminating evidence by the International Bank for Reconstruction

Project Description
The programme addresses critical data gaps on the socio-economic vulnerabilities of Roma in Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
The World Bank provides technical assistance in the framework of the Trust Fund with the specific objective of generating, analyzing and disseminating evidence on equality, inclusion and participation among marginalized Roma communities in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, and promoting evidence-based policies. Activities under this Agreement are expected to complement the activities related to performing the regional Roma survey in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine to be carried out by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Specific Objective
1. Support for the design of the quantitative Regional Roma Survey in the Target Countries
2. Carrying out relevant qualitative research and desk reviews to deliver up to three deep dive reports including relevant complementary granular qualitative data on selected priority issues for Roma inclusion, in particular in Moldova and Ukraine.
3. Analysis of quantitative and qualitative survey data and the development of diagnostics and knowledge materials. This includes developing and disseminating knowledge products on the outcomes of the statistical analysis, including a discussion on the main policy implications for the Target Countries; and developing and disseminating recommendations on priority areas to inform the pre-accession discussions of the Target Countries
4. Dissemination of quantitative and qualitative knowledge products and policy recommendation. This includes developing up to three country-level infographics and up to three press releases to capture the main findings of quantitative and qualitative outputs for dissemination; and disseminating knowledge products and policy recommendations (such as reports, technical notes, infographics) for the Target Countries through the organization of a dissemination event in each Target Country.
