Application Process

The application process for Moldovan candidates, overseen by the College of Europe’s National Selection Committee in Moldova, includes three stages:

  • Online Application (October 16, 2024 – January 15, 2025) Candidates must create an account and submit their online application in English or French via admissions.coleurope.eu. Applicants can apply for two academic programmes in a single application. Moldovan applicants should select the “Moldova – Ministry of Foreign Affairs” selection committee. There is no application fee.
  • Preselection (January/February 2025) The College of Europe will review all applications, and those meeting the selection criteria will be invited to the interview stage.
  • Interview (March 2025) Interviews will take place in Chisinau, with representatives from the College of Europe, the Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the EU Delegation to Moldova. The interview assesses candidates’ motivation, language skills, knowledge of their chosen field, understanding of current European affairs, and career aspirations.

Scholarships

Moldovan candidates are eligible for full scholarships under the European Neighbourhood Policy scholarship scheme, covering all costs related to the Master’s programmes at the College of Europe.
