The project ”Better Social services through a sustainable partnership between the civil society and the government” aims to empower civil society organisations in the development and implementation of innovative solutions, which envisage the promotion of the social inclusion of children from vulnerable groups and people with intellectual and psycho-social disabilities, in partnership with the public authorities.

- To strengthen the capacities of 60 civil society organizations active in the social field for the development and implementation of innovative social services based on the individual needs of persons with intellectual and psycho-social disabilities and children from vulnerable groups.
- To offer technical and financial support to up to 30 projects developed by civil society organizations, focused on offering innovative community social services at local level in partnership with public authorities.
- To facilitate dialogue and help establish partnerships between grantees, selected from the capacitated civil society organizations, and the government in order to develop sustainable community services.
- To strengthen the capacities of 60 civil society organizations, members of the two networks functioning in the social field, on social accountability, with a particular focus on monitoring and evaluation of social public services and goods.

- 60 Civil Society Organizations have built their capacity, in the building of partnership with Public Authorities and in the Development of Projects, for the setting-up of social services at the community level.
- Sustainable partnerships, built among Civil Society Organizations and central and local Public Authorities.
- 30 Civil Society Organizations, in partnership with the authorities, have developed and implemented sustainable and innovative social services at the community level, following the support and grants provided within the Project activities.
- The Alliance of Organizations for the Persons with Disabilities from the Republic of Moldova and the Alliance of Active NGOs in the field of Child and Family Social Protection are monitoring the degree of social accountability, of the local and central Public Authorities, in the provision of quality community social services, based on the needs of children from vulnerable groups and people with intellectual and psycho-social disabilities.
- About 1000 children from vulnerable groups and people with intellectual and psycho-social disabilities enjoy social services, developed in their communities.
- Approximately 100 children and adults with intellectual and psycho-social disabilities are deinstitutionalized and are enjoying proper support, adjusted to their needs, in their communities.
