„Echoes of War” photo exhibition

On February 24, it will be 2 years since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. We have not forgotten and we are not giving up the fight.

War has no face, no nationality. War means pain, no matter what country it is.

To mark the 2 years of resistance of the Ukrainian people, we invite you to visit the “Echoes of War” photo exhibition, from February 19 to 29, at Europe Café, from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:00 to 13:00: 00 – 18:00. Free access.

The exhibition includes 20 photographs by the Syrian photographer Omar Sanadiki, taken in two war-torn countries, 12 years apart: the war in Syria – in 2011, and the war in Ukraine – in 2023.

Omar Sanadiki was on a study visit to Ukraine, organized by the European External Action Service. The photo exhibition is open at Europe Café until February 29, 2024.
