Grants for Business Development: ODA Announces the Grant Call Calendar for September–November 2026

02/09/2026

The Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) announces the opening, during September–November 2026, of new non-reimbursable financing calls for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The calls will be organized every month, and entrepreneurs will be able to submit projects within the limits of the budget available for each programme.

Each call will open on the first working day of the month and will remain open for 5 working days. If the budget allocated for the respective month is exhausted earlier, the submission of applications will close once the available funding ceiling is reached.

Applications will be submitted exclusively online, through the Entrepreneur’s Cabinet (e-Cabinet). On the same platform, entrepreneurs will have access to the updated templates of the documents required for application, including the application form and the template for presenting financial data.

To help entrepreneurs track the available resources, the platform will feature a budget counter that will automatically monitor the value of submitted applications against the budget allocated for the respective call.

ODA recommends that entrepreneurs interested in non-reimbursable financing prepare the required documents in advance and access the e-Cabinet platform before the call opens, in order to familiarize themselves with the application process and the available functionalities.

Which programmes will be open, when will each call start, and what budget will be available? All this information is included in the Grant Call Calendar for September–November 2026.

Since the beginning of the year, ODA has approved 384 investment projects through its non-reimbursable financing instruments. The value of approved grants amounts to MDL 187.13 million, while the implementation of these projects is expected to generate investments of approximately MDL 370 million in the economy.

The grants are financed from the state budget, with the support of the European Union through the Reform Agenda for the Republic of Moldova, the World Bank Group, through the Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) and the Competitiveness Enhancement Project Implementation Unit (UIPAC), as well as through the “Strong Enterprises and Communities for Moldova” (SBC) Project – the “Enhancing the Energy Resilience of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova” component, implemented by ODA and GIZ, with funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Government of Switzerland.

The monthly calls are organized in accordance with the Regulation on the Organization of Calls for Non-Reimbursable Financing and the Management of Financing Applications Submitted under ODA, approved by the ODA Council on 18 August 2026.
